Domaine Gerard Duplessis stands out as one of the top producers in the Chablis region. Lilian Duplessis is a young, dynamic man who took over from his father and has worked hard in the vineyards to become organic and reduce yields to produce more concentrated wines. He’s taken the family-owned Domaine, founded in 1895, to a new level and now produces fantastic wines. Their sites are set primarily on limestone soils, producing prized pure and wonderfully lengthy Chardonnays.
