Château des Quarts is a collaboration and joint venture between Olivier Merlin and Dominique Lafon (two of our favourite producers of fine White Burgundy) created in 2012. Their aim was to create a flagship of the Pouilly Fuissé region. One they can rightly claim with the performance of the past few vintages. The 2.65ha vineyard, Clos des Quarts, is in the most southern village of Pouilly Fuisse, in Chaintré. The walled monopole overlooks the Saône valley.
