2020 Chateau Berliquet, St Emilion, Bordeaux

Until recently, Ch. Berliquet had been lingering in relative obscurity, however, 2020 marks a third consecutive triumphant vintage which has brought this château out of the shadows and firmly into the forefront of many collector’s minds. Dating back to 1740, Ch. Berliquet, has a relatively unassuming history – as recently as the 1970s, Berliquet’s fruit was being sold to the local co-operative – but distinguished terroir (it is surrounded on three sides by Ch.
