2015 Pouilly-Fuisse, Domaine Camille Paquet

The second is a lovely Pouilly-Fuissé described as “…just superb” by Neal Martin of the Wine Advocate and is not only delicious on its own but will partner perfectly with a vast range of autumnal fayre. Pouilly-Fuissé is the most distinguished wine appellation in the Mâconnais, making rich, full-bodied white Burgundy and is without doubt one of my wine rack essentials over autumn (well, most of the year round if I’m being honest).
